Chef John Whelan loves good food and settles for nothing less. John has worked in the high end food world for over 20yrs and cooked for celebrities, royalty and worked in some of London's finest establishments. He now cooks at his boutique cookery school 'The Devils Menu' that he opened in 2014. To date his acclaimed 'Chef's Table' demo dinners have received 5* reviews from 99.9% of his guests some of whom have travelled across the world to visit Ireland and said it was the highlight of their trip.

The new Cookery School is getting upgraded and has finally found a new location in Graiguenamanagh!! We hope to start the building work in the next two to three months and share with you this new chapter and the highs and the lows of creating a dream kitchen.
