Best kebab in Ireland is in a small town in Kildare called ballymore.
I’ve had a kebab in every town I’ve been able too and Its the best.gonna make the 10 mile drive over there this friday with a few mates.tip f*cking top!

I kept the dish traditional as I know lots of people want to know how to cook it. But it is nicer like this I can assure you :)
There will be cooking variations on this dish to come. I like Alfie’s bacon in apple beer that could really move this up a gear.
I have some other secret things going on with this too.
