Pink Lady apples are my favourite apple. They were created Western Australia in 1979,  and are a natural, cross-pollination between Golden Delicious and Lady William apples. So I decided to make a quick and easy apple sauce with them. Sometimes theres nothing nicer than a stew, I love this tasty and warming dish as it’s quick to cook and full of tender chicken and vegetables all lounging in a rich sauce.
